Here at Southcombe we offer two beautiful sleeping experiences:

The Midsummer Meadow Bed

A dreamy, nature meets nuture, four poster sleeping experience, set in a Dartmoor wildflower garden. Guests will fall asleep staring up at the stars and wake to birdsong and sunlight through the trees. Breakfast will be served in bed (as well as evening dinner options) and a complimentary sound bath is provided to all couples. The Midsummer Meadow bed is open for stays from end of May until end of July.

The Southcombe Piggery

For cosy nights in or out... our snug little piggery space is now available to book in all seasons and comes complete with the much loved Moor Bed for wild camping under canopy and Dartmoor skies.

Available to book exclusively through Canopy & Stars.

NURTURE

Southcombe Barn is a place where nature meets nurture. Through creative wellbeing we want to help create a deeper connection to nature and nourish hearts and bodies in need of time and peace. Wellbeing services are offered through The Nurturists Co. This summer we will start by offering gong baths and sound therapy in our treatment room as well as wild flower gardens and retreat barn. For more details and to book treatments and workshops, please see The Nurturists Co.

Southcombe Barn is a new family adventure, having moved to Dartmoor from Bristol just one year ago. Our vision is to create a social enterprise offering inclusive and creative wellbeing and nature connection experiences to all. We are moving forward this Summer with three holiday retreat spaces, art gallery, wellbeing, a growing flock of chickens and some, as of yet, unknown things in 2021.
